Mobile App

Step 1

As you open the app, the Home screen automatically appears.

Step 2

Tap on the images at the top of the screen for additional information about the topic.  To return to the app home screen, press the "Done" button in the top left corner.

The Home screen also displays events that are pulled from the District Events calendar.  Please note that the app only allows for 12 events to be displayed here.

Select "Calendars" on the bottom navigation.

Step 2

Select filter settings (3 lines) in the top right corner.

Step 3

Select the calendar(s) that you would like to view on the app.  The app will remember the calendars that you select, but you may always change by tapping the filter settings in the top right corner.  When finished, select "Show Results".

Select "Menus" on the bottom navigation.

Step 2

Choose the school and menu.  When finished, tap "Done" in the upper left corner to return to app.

Select "Staff Directory" on the bottom navigation.

Step 2

Selecting a specific staff member will display their contact information.  You may use the search option at the top to search for specific staff members.

Select "More" on the bottom navigation.

Users can enable Push Notifications from the mobile app.  Push Notifications will include information such as school closings and other important information from the district/schools.

Step 1:

Select "Allow Notifications" when you download the mobile app.

Step 2:

To change the Notification Lists that you are subscribed to, tap the "Gear/Cog Wheel" in the upper right hand corner.  Then you can choose  the list/school that you wish to receive notifications from by toggling the button on.  To stop receiving notifications, toggle off the button next to the list/school.  You may choose more than one list/school to receive notifications from.
